The Be Your Best guided meditation was created to bring more balance and well being into the lives of kids and teens while helping them discover what it is they truly want. Up against intense physical and emotional change and peer pressure, it can be hard for kids and teens to find their way. This meditation offers a way for them to relax, look within for answers and feel refreshed in the process.
There are two tracks on this CD:
On track 1, you will be guided through a meditation.
On track 2, there will be a continuation of music that you may choose to relax to or meditate on your own.

*Reiki: an ancient form of hands on healing that means Universal Life Energy. Founded by Dr. Mikao Usui from Japan, this simple yet extremely effective method of healing involves the channeling of life energy by a Reiki Practitioner and into the recipient (person, animal, place or thing) through a hands-on or distant healing session. Becoming a Reiki practitioner requires an attunement process given by a Reiki Master.
